Mega Scholarship Test on 25 October: Up to 100% Off the New Judiciary Foundation Batch
Date Published

Many good students never join a coaching course for one reason. The fee is too high for them. Aashayein Judiciary has built a test around exactly this problem.
The Mega Scholarship Test is on Sunday, 25 October. Score well and you can get up to 100% scholarship on the new Foundation Batch, which starts on 27 October. This blog explains the test, the score bands, the interview that follows, and what the batch actually offers.
The announcement was made by Devashish Pandey on the Aashayein Judiciary YouTube channel. He said openly that Aashayein Judiciary courses cost more than many other online platforms. He gave the reason too: the notes, the test series, the mains test series and the support that come with the course. This test is the answer for students who cannot afford the fee but are ready to work hard.

Why you cannot start the paper at 4 PM
The test is not open all day. You must log in and start between 11:00 AM and 11:15 AM. After that, the entry closes.
The team explained why. In earlier scholarship tests, some students solved the paper once from one ID. Then they took the answers to another ID. A long entry window makes this easy. A short one stops it.
A 45-minute paper for 100 questions also leaves about 27 seconds for each question. Practise reading a question and choosing an answer fast. Guessing every doubtful question is risky because each wrong answer costs 0.25 marks.
The interview that decides whether the scholarship is awarded
A good score alone does not give you the scholarship. Every shortlisted student must appear in a short online interview. The team says it takes about 10 minutes. The scholarship is awarded only after the student clears it.
The reason is plain. The test is online, so the team cannot watch each student. Students can scan questions and ask AI for answers. Five friends can sit together and help one another. The team wants to help candidates who truly deserve it. The interview is a way to check that the marks you bring are really yours.
So prepare honestly. If you know the subject, a 10-minute talk about it will not worry you.
Marks and scholarship: the full slab
Marks (out of 100) | Scholarship | Interview needed |
Above 85 | 100% | Yes |
76 to 85 | 80% | Yes |
66 to 75 | 50% | Yes |
51 to 65 | 40% | Yes |
50 | 25% | Yes |
Below 50 | No scholarship | Not applicable |
A student above 85 who clears the interview pays nothing and is enrolled in the Foundation Batch. The source states the interview rule most clearly for the top band, and says the scholarship is awarded only after clearing the interview for shortlisted candidates in general.
Look at the slab as a target. Even 50 marks earns a 25% reduction. Each higher band adds more. A few extra correct answers can move you into the next band, so every question is worth the effort.
What the paper covers
The syllabus is a list of the core subjects that appear in state judiciary exams. Eighty marks come from law and twenty from General Studies. The law portion covers:
- Constitution of India
- BNSS, BNS and BSA
- CPC
- Indian Contract Act
- Transfer of Property Act (TPA)
- SRA
- Limitation
- Negotiable Instruments
The team says the level will match the basic questions that come in any state judiciary exam. That makes the test useful for anyone preparing for the Civil Judge Exam, the PCS J Exam or the APO Exam. Treat it like a full Mock Test. Revise the bare acts and the basics in the two days you have left, and solve previous year questions (PYQ) on these subjects if you have them.
What the Foundation Batch gives you
The scholarship applies to the Foundation Batch, which starts on 27 October. The first subject is the Transfer of Property Act, and Devashish Pandey will teach it. The batch runs in a hybrid model, online and offline.
The source describes the following in the batch:
- Classes: live classes with recordings of every class.
- E-library: recorded classes of all subjects, about 400 to 500 lectures, available from day one.
- Notes: dictation in class so that you build your own notes, along with study modules.
- Tests: topic-wise tests for prelims, topic-wise tests for mains, PDF tests, and copy checking.
- Writing practice: judgment writing, translation, essay writing and precis.
- Other support: orientation session, local laws, GK, live chat doubt sessions, Telegram support and a support team.
- Personal guidance: one-to-one mentorship, feedback calls and interview preparation with state-specific guidance.
The team says it caters to each state according to its needs. That is why Judiciary Study Material and Judiciary Notes in this course are meant to cover what your own state exam asks.
Foundation Ultimate and Foundation Advanced
There are two versions. The content is the same in both. Only the length of app access is different.
Version | Access and who it suits |
Foundation Ultimate for the Judiciary | 24 months of access to classes, recordings and the e-library |
Foundation Advanced | 3 years of access, for students in the third, fourth or final year of judiciary preparation |
Two free classes to test the teaching
Scholarship winners are not the only ones who get something extra. The first two classes, on 27 and 28 October, are open free for students who want to try before they decide. Devashish Pandey will teach Transfer of Property Act in these classes.
To get the two-day access, call the number shown in the video. The number is not given in the transcript, so use the one on the channel video or the Aashayein Judiciary app.
Take the test even if you do not need the money
The speaker made one more point. Appear even if you are already a student here, or if you do not plan to join. The exam runs at all-India level, so your score shows where you stand and how your preparation compares. It also shows what you still need to work on.
Such a test is held only once or twice a year, so this chance does not come often.
Questions students are asking
When is the Mega Scholarship Test, and where do I take it?
It is on Sunday, 25 October. You take it online on the Aashayein Judiciary app. The option appears inside the app.
I will be busy in the morning. Can I take the paper in the evening?
No. You can start only between 11:00 AM and 11:15 AM. The window is short on purpose, to stop students sharing answers across IDs.
How long is the paper, and is wrong answering penalised?
There are 100 questions to finish in 45 minutes. Each wrong answer costs 0.25 marks.
If I score above 85, is the full scholarship guaranteed?
No. You must also clear the online interview of about 10 minutes. After that you get 100% scholarship and a free seat in the Foundation Batch.
Which subjects should I revise?
Constitution of India, BNSS, BNS, BSA, CPC, Indian Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, SRA, Limitation, Negotiable Instruments and General Studies. Law carries 80 marks and GK carries 20.
What is the difference between Foundation Ultimate and Foundation Advanced?
The content is the same. Ultimate gives 24 months of access. Advanced gives 3 years and is meant for students in the third, fourth or final year of preparation.
Can I see the teaching before paying anything?
Yes. The first two classes, on 27 and 28 October, are free for students who want a demo. Call the number given in the video to get access.
Do I have to be an existing Aashayein Judiciary student?
No. The speaker said students from outside can take the test too, and it helps everyone see their standing.
Will there be another scholarship test soon?
Unlikely. The team holds this kind of test only once or twice a year, so treat 25 October as the chance.
